Responsibilities Key Job Responsibilities:
(Duties may include, but not limited to all or some of the following.)
• Responsible for day-to-day operations of tax function.
• Manage relationship with internal affiliates and third party professional consultants.
• Prepare tax provision calculation—for monthly forecast, quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• FAS 109 & FIN 48 reporting including worldwide-deferred taxes, UTBs, and footnote disclosures.
• Review corporate income tax returns—federal and state.
• Respond to tax notices from states.
• Manage state tax audits.
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax calculations — federal and state.
• Review of foreign entity information reporting on Forms 5471 & 8858.
• Provide accurate & timely information to external accountants in the tax return preparation process.
• Research and planning projects.
• Manage / perform tax due diligence for acquisitions and determine purchase price allocation.
• Manage tax function and consultants budgets.
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements Job Qualifications:
• CPA, Masters in Taxation
• Minimum 5+ years Corporate tax experience (federal, state, consolidated) a must.
• FAS 109 experience
• Very organized, self-starter
• Strong follow-up/follow-through
• Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley requirements.
• Works well independently

Preferred:
• Big 4 experience is a strong plus
• FIN 48 experience
• International tax experience is preferred
